Fruit and vegetable shelves - GROCERY STORE SHELVES
The shelves for fruits and vegetables can have the metal structure painted in an electrostatic field to ensure increased resistance over time without affecting the appearance of the shelves, or they can be made of the same metal structure in combination with melamine and wood elements for a special elegance and a special design . The metal shelves are modular to ensure the creation of sections of any size and are available in several variants in terms of size, appearance, functionality and color range.
The legs are provided with a fastening system with double holes to allow the creation of sections, they are made of material with a thickness of 2.5 mm DKP and have a rectangular profile. The length of the shelves is 70/100/125/133 cm, it is possible to create sections of shelves by combining any of the shelves with the mentioned lengths.
The shelves are reinforced to be able to support heavy weights with a rectangular or semi-round shape, with a thickness of 0.8 mm DKP and are provided with supports for labels; the support arms for the shelves are provided with a fastening system that allows the positioning of the shelf horizontally or inclined, they have a thickness of 2.5 mm DKP, and can be placed on the legs of the shelves at the desired height, thus making it possible to adjust the height of the shelves. Also, the legs of the shelves are provided with height adjustment systems to achieve a perfect flatness of the shelves and a perfect joining of the shelves in case of making different tonsons. The weight supported by each pallet depends on its length and width, falling within the range of 90...150 kg / pallet. The maximum weight allowed can be increased if the shelves are fixed to the wall. The back panels of the shelves can be solid, perforated, grid-type, with holes for the electrical cords of the stored equipment or for other cables, and are provided with various ways of attaching the accessories.
The protection of the shelves against accidental hitting by customers is achieved with the help of chrome systems with floor or shelf fastening systems, systems composed of bars of different lengths and end or intermediate systems for fastening the bars.
The basic color of the shelves is RAL 9010, and the secondary colors are RAL 3020, RAL 1023, RAL 5010, RAL 6024, RAL 5018, RAL 2004 and RAL 9006
