WHAT IS AN END POST / SHELF LEG?



The final upright is the 2nd vertical profile, which basically has the role of holding the shelf upright.

The price of the shelf is calculated with only one vertical profile (post/leg) because the second profile comes from the next shelf and connects between them.

So, if you purchase 4 shelves that you mount in series, you need 5 feet of shelf, the last of which - is purchased separately from the other shelves.

This saves the customer from buying two profiles per shelf. At the end, after a series is finished, a profile and sole is added which is called the Final Post and is purchased separately from the shelf.



HOW DO I MOUNT THE SHELVES?



Assembling the metal shelves is relatively simple and does not cause problems even for unskilled people, because the components are designed in such a way that they cannot be assembled incorrectly.

In the first phase of assembly, the soles must be inserted into the vertical posts, thus making the shelf's leg. The sole of the foot is completed with plastic front trim and flatness adjustment systems.

They consist of a screw-in plate and circular plastic trim for the back of the sole and a round plastic trim for the front.

After making two such legs, continue with the mounting of the back panels. They can be in variable numbers, depending on the height of the shelf (e.g. for a height of 227 cm, 5 panels with a height of 42 cm are required; for a shelf with a height of 206 cm, 4 panels with a height of 42 cm and 1 panel with a height of 21 cm). At this point, the shelf is stable. Next, mount the arms on the holes of the shelf legs at the desired height. Next is the placing of the shelves on the already arranged arms. The base shelf sits directly on the shelf bases, no support arms are required.

The next step is to mount the label holders on each shelf. They are mounted by simply pressing on the channel of the policy.

The last step is to fit the bottom front panel into the plastic trim of the soles.

If the shelf is equipped with an upper guard, the side supports (left, right and/or middle) are also mounted over which the shelf is placed. Afterwards, the upper front panel is mounted, which completes the assembly.

A terminal (an extra leg) is added to the last shelf in the series which completes the section of shelves as each shelf is fitted with a single leg, so each shelf attaches to the next via the included leg, but the last shelf needs such of terminal.

For the middle racks (gondola), the assembly is similar except that the vertical leg posts are common to both sides of the racks.



WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?



For Bucharest and Ilfov, delivery is free for orders over 500 euro+VAT and is provided with cars from our own fleet.



For the rest of the country, delivery is made for a fee by us or by the transport/courier company chosen by the customer. To ensure optimal delivery times we have collaboration contracts with PALLEX and DragonStar Courier. This means that we benefit from preferential prices with them and a priority when picking up orders, which is why these transport companies are the option recommended by us for deliveries in the country.



The cost of the first kg is 23 lei, then it is calculated according to the weight and size of the package + distance in km.
