Wall Mounted Metal Shelves - STORE METAL SHELVES
The metallic wall units represent one of the most important segments of display and storage units for food or non-food shops. Due to large weight capacity, of their modularity and many personalization possibilities, the metallic wall units represent the ideal product for any store.
The great number of available lengths ensure a perfect lay-out of units to obtain the maximum display products in the designated area; this fact is possible due to the internal or external corner units that allow continuous sections even the units are disposed at 90 degrees. The many available colors ensure the perfect ambience in any location.
The metal wall shelves have a metal structure painted in an electrostatic field to ensure increased resistance over time without affecting the appearance of the shelves, they are modular to ensure the creation of sections of any size and are available in several variants in terms of size, appearance, functionality and range chromatic.
The height of the shelves is 101/122/143/164/185/206/227/248/269 cm, and their width is 30/40/50/60 or 70 cm. The legs are provided with a fastening system with double holes to allow the creation of sections, they are made of material with a thickness of 2.5 mm DKP and have a rectangular profile. The length of the shelves is 70/100/125/133 cm, it is possible to create sections of shelves by combining any of the shelves with the mentioned lengths.
The shelves are reinforced to be able to support heavy weights with a rectangular or semi-round shape, with a thickness of 0.8 mm DKP and are provided with supports for labels; the support arms for the shelves are provided with a fastening system that allows the positioning of the shelf horizontally or inclined, they have a thickness of 2.5 mm DKP, and can be placed on the legs of the shelves at the desired height, thus making it possible to adjust the height of the shelves. Also, the legs of the shelves are provided with height adjustment systems to achieve a perfect flatness of the shelves and a perfect joining of the shelves in case of making different tonsons. The weight supported by each pallet depends on its length and width, falling within the range of 90...150 kg / pallet. The maximum weight allowed can be increased if the shelves are fixed to the wall.
The back panels of the shelves can be solid, perforated, grid-type, with holes for the electrical cords of the stored equipment or for other cables, and are provided with various ways of attaching the accessories.
The protection of the shelves against accidental hitting by customers is achieved with the help of chrome systems with floor or shelf fastening systems, systems composed of bars of different lengths and end or intermediate systems for fastening the bars.
The shelves can be equipped with metal or Plexiglas upper guards with different shapes.
The metal shelves are sold in the standard wall version or can also be requested in the interior or exterior corner version with complementary features to the shelves it connects to maintain the uniformity and appearance of the section of shelves in which they are integrated.
A distinct category of wall shelves is that of metal wall shelves with an additional front leg and that of metal wall shelves with double shelves.
The main advantage of the metal wall shelves compared to the classic shelves is a greater weight available on each shelf of the shelves.
Metal wall shelves with double shelves have the advantage of greater storage capacity on each shelf, in terms of weight and surface, practically being a combination of two shelves.
